Sherry Zhang presents at the Open Deal Screening.Milwaukee-based genomic testing startup GenoPalate Inc. has raised a $1.35 million funding round from investors.Sherry Zhang presents her company to investors.The company, which provides personalized nutrition recommendations based on a DNA analysis, expects to close this latest round of funding later in the week. The funds are to come from committed investors in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Texas.GenoPalate previously raised a $357,000 equity and debt round in May.Founded in 2016, GenoPalate has grown to about 900 customers. In June, it moved into an office at Work Lofts on Milwaukee’s East Side.
